Summary

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior management experience in GTM, Rev Ops, or Finance
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive long-term GTM strategy
• Partner with Sales Leadership to streamline and optimize the end-to-end sales process for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage the GTM budget and resource allocation
• Oversee the creation and implementation of a robust data-driven metrics and KPI framework
• Conduct ongoing TAM analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Refine pricing and ROI strategies
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the GTM team
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment across all GTM functions
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CRO and senior leadership on GTM strategy
