Sr. HR Marketing Communications Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Sr. HR Marketing Communications Specialist, which is a full-time remote position with an open salary offer. The role requires proven experience in recruitment marketing, understanding of marketing elements, marketing data analytics, computer skills, and exceptional communication and writing skills. A BSC/BA in marketing or communications is also required.

Requirements

• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Must possess a can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of the candidate experience, while building the HGS Healthcare brand
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• BSC/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
• Being able to work with minimal supervision and to manage deadline-based project work
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a recruitment marketing specialist or similar role
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver)
• Use of creative packages would be an advantage (Photoshop/InDesign/PowerPoint etc)
