Responsibilities

  • Metrics Analysis: Develop and implement a robust system for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics across all operational functions
  • Operational Strategy: Utilize data insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize processes
  • Business Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, forecast future performance, and drive strategic decision-making
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate operational performance metrics to senior management
  • Own our Sales Tech Stack: Own our Sales tools and administration (Salesforce, Gong etc) and partner with teams to design efficient systems that are fit for purpose
  • Annual Sales Planning: Partner with our CEO and Sales leadership team to drive the annual sales planning process including quota, territories and incentive plans
  • Own our deal desk: Ensure contracts are flowing smoothly through to deal signature
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, proactively addressing operational challenges to ensure business continuity
