Summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a creative, solutions-driven University Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. The University Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for current and recent graduate students, managing campus relationships, and planning and implementing recruiting programs and events. They will also need to have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-4 years of university recruiting experience
• Ability to plan, implement, and manage programs and events
• Ability to effectively partner with all levels of management
• Strong business acumen and a positive work vibe with the team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time

Responsibilities

• Ensure a best-in-class experiences to future professionals that showcase our people, culture, technology and impact to society
• Manage, coordinate, and participate in virtual and/or on campus recruiting engagements and activities such as presentations, panel discussions, information sessions, tech talks, career fairs, on-campus interviews, etc
• Develop a thorough understanding of our feeder school campuses and competitor landscape, regularly sharing this information with executive champions, school teams and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with university partners, professional organizations, and recruiting rising professionals
