Responsibilities

• Maintain and Update Accounting Records
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records through meticulous record-keeping
• Input data, post transactions, and categorize entries in QuickBooks to maintain a balanced and efficient automated consolidation system
• Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making
• Execute general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Perform the invoicing process and manage the cash application to support the financial operations of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred
