Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Effective communication is essential for conveying ideas, thoughts, problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner to clients and team members
• Staff accountants juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, so effective time management and project management skills are vital
• Being adaptable to changes in project scope, timelines, or client priorities
• Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to identify ways to improve processes and make them more efficient
