Summary

Kandji is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with 2-3 years of experience to support the finance team in maintaining the general ledger, month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, fixed asset management, expense management, compliance and audit support, tax compliance, process improvement, and ad hoc projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members and management
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
