Summary
Join our team in Utah as a meticulous and motivated Staff Accountant! You will maintain and update the general ledger, process accounts payable and receivable, and assist in financial reporting. Responsibilities include performing reconciliations, reviewing expense reports, and preparing for audits. This hybrid position requires one in-office day per week. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, and 1-3 years of experience is preferred. Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the general ledger by posting and verifying transactions
- Process invoices, prepare payments, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Perform bank, cash, and general ledger account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and prepare for reporting
- Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

$48,000 - $60,000 a year
