Requirements

• 0.5 - 3 years of hands-on experience as an accountant, auditor, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration strongly preferred
• Exemplary knowledge of how diverse transactions are typically recorded and how they flow to the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with data sets
• Self-directed and self-motivated with an ability to work independently and handle ambiguity is essential
• Customer service' mindset and an avid team player who delights in helping others

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly financial close to ensure timely and accurate reporting, including preparation of journal entries, supporting schedules, reconciliations, and analysis
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Review employee credit card expenses to ensure appropriate GL coding
• Review and enter vendor invoices to ensure timely processing of AP
• Review and approve employee expense reports according to company policies
• Generate recurring reports for partners and stakeholders and handle correspondence
• Assist with annual audits
• Continuously drive process improvement and build new processes across all areas of the company

Benefits

The range of base salary for the position is between $70,800 - $99,100 plus equity, and benefits
