You will act as a subject matter expert in system integrations, workflows, and data management. Requirements

  • 6+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or GTM Systems Analyst in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
  • Deep understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing business challenges
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in understanding and optimizing Sales and Marketing processes, Customer Success workflows, and Revenue Operations
  • Lead end-to-end analysis and optimization of critical business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in system integrations, workflows, and data management
  • Own and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for system enhancements and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency using low-code/no-code platforms and integrations
  • Partner with IT and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across various platforms and business units
  • Champion data governance and compliance, ensuring system data integrity and security best practices
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend enhancements to the GTM tech stack

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and CPQ solutions
  • Hands-on experience with low-code platforms, system integrations, and API-based workflows
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in project management
  • Understanding of change management principles and best practices
