• You have multiple experiences doing deep refactors of foundational sub-systems inside complex monolithic applications (ideally Rails)
• You possess a deep understanding of, and experience supporting, containerized infrastructures and cloud deployments
• You have a proven track record of rallying, inspiring, and organizing others to take action, both within your team and across teams

• Compensation Expectations for the Role: The minimum annual salary is $146,400 and maximum annual salary is $228,600
