Summary

We are seeking a Staff Engineer for our Governance team who has expertise in system design and can implement high-quality, scalable solutions. The role involves converting business requirements into designs, developing robust systems, identifying challenges, participating in code reviews, collaborating with the product team, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java or Go
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, ElasticSearch, and concurrency/multithreading
• Experience with Kubernetes and multi-tenancy or vClusters

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into high-level and low-level designs
• Develop high-quality, robust systems
• Identify scalability and stability challenges within the system and proactively plan for iterative improvements
• Participate in code reviews and problem-solving brainstorming sessions to maintain code quality and encourage collaborative thinking
• Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure that development efforts are prioritized correctly and aligned with business needs
