Staff Engineer - Infrastructure Automation DevOps

Summary

Join our team as an infrastructure automation engineer specializing in AWS CDK, Terraform, and CI/CD tools. You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated infrastructure provisioning flows using tools like Terraform and AWS CDK. Expertise in AWS and CI/CD pipelines is crucial, along with experience integrating ServiceNow for asset management. Proficiency in Python scripting is also required. Experience with GCP and Azure is a plus, as is knowledge of FinOps for cloud cost optimization. This role demands expertise in infrastructure automation and integration with various tools and platforms.

Requirements

• Have skills in AWS Code Deploy, Terraform (Expert), Jenkins (Expert), Python (Expert), AWS CDK/ServiceNow integration
• Possess expertise in AWS, and on-prem provisioning automation
• Have strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM & Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Implement modular infra-automation flows using tools (i.e., Terraform, AWS CDK) for multi-step infra provisioning (e.g., provisioning databases, computes, firewalls, VPCs)
• Implement & use CI/CD pipelines with best practices
• Integrate ServiceNow with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK) and asset management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with GCP, Azure multi-cloud environments
• Have knowledge of implementing and integrating FinOps for cloud cost optimization during automated product provisioning
• Have experience implementing scripting (Python, PowerShell) for compliance and custom automation tasks
