Requirements
- Masterβs degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management (or Bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant experience)
- Understanding of supply chain best practices
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with multiple organizations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Extensive data analytical skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, VBA, SQL, and Tableau
- Experience with Advanced Planning Systems such as i2 and SAP
- Great teammate, highly motivated, ambitious, and a quick learner
Responsibilities
- Create production plan and material supply schedule for assigned products to achieve shipping and financial targets
- Identify, diagnose, and help to resolve supply bottlenecks for assigned products in order to drive supply matching to demand
- Manage inventory and supply chain strategy for assigned products to ensure appropriate service levels with optimal cost
- Stewardship of I2 RE, Asia, Master Plan
- Manage I2 runtime reduction efforts
- Daily review of supply response for assigned products and diagnosing supply response gaps
- Coordination with I2 Input Owners (Capacity, POM, Silicon/Fab, Materials Supply)
- Publish Factory Loading Forecast and Material Plan
- Review site loading balance
- Identify capacity/material bottlenecks and drive resolution of constraints
- Assist Execution Teams with Build Plan Execution
- Asia Planning: Review & adjust build plan firming
- Asia Procurement: Materials procurement, inventory management, excess disposition
- Asia Execution: Coordinate on delivery schedules and commitments
- Coordination with Stakeholders
- Business Unit & Sales: Priorities, supply issues, demand confidence
- Product Operations Management: Qualification schedules, and BOM maintenance
- Sales Operations: Swap requests, expedited deliveries
- CPFR / VMI: Expedites
- Retail / OEM Ops: Supply visibility
- Cross Functional Team Representation: Silicon Planning, Monday Ops, Factory Loading
