Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related discipline, or demonstration of equivalent knowledge such as technical certifications from ISACA, (ISC)Β², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Security Engineer, etc
- Minimum of 8 years previous Solutions Engineering experience
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written
- Domain expertise - Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security
- Experience in the Identity Governance and Administration domain with a firm grasp of its concepts such as Identity Life Cycle Management, Entitlements Management, Access Request, Workflow, Policy and Role Management, Access Certification, Audit, Reporting/Analytics, and Deployment Scenarios is preferable
- Superior communication, relationship, and partner/customer service skills that result in the ability to rapidly assess needs and sell solutions with/through sophisticated Partners
- Exemplary technical skills enabling configuration and rapid problem-solving in the field including: Database query experience in a relational database environment (MySQL and Elastic Search)
- Experience with Groovy, PowerShell, and Graph API Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols and standards including SAML, OAuth/2, SCIM, OpenID, WS-Trust, SPNEGO, x.509, SPML, Kerberos, REST, JSON, and others that facilitate Single Sign-On (SSO), ID federation, etc
- Basic understanding of networking technologies such as HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and encryption
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of Saviyntβs EIC platform, converged solutions and capabilities, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Provide technical leadership to partners and internal teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in promoting and selling Saviynt solutions
- Collaborate with partners to understand their technical needs and align Saviynt solutions with those requirements in support of partner offerings
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for partners to enhance their knowledge and proficiency in positioning and selling Saviynt products
- Assist partners in technical discovery, responses to request for proposals (RFPs), and delivery of proofs of concept (POCs)
- Effectively communicate solution value to the business and technical audiences that is clear and satisfies prospective Partner/customer requirements and/or inquiries
- Work closely with partner sales teams to deliver impactful presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to prospective customers and partners
- Act as a technical advisor in the sales process, addressing partner and customer inquiries, and providing technical guidance
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, acting as a liaison between partners and internal technical teams
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to provide valuable feedback from partners and customers, influencing product enhancements
- Contributor to partner-led Product Marketing, webinars, and blogs
- Contribute to the development of partner sales strategies and go-to-market plans
- Assess partner technical capabilities and provide recommendations to optimize partner effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of data governance concepts and compliance regulations such as GDPR & CCPA
- Experience with regulatory compliance and security frameworks such as SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, Cobit, Center for Internet Security (CIS), Cloud Security Alliance, NIST, PCI, etc
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, non-employee governance & administration, non-human identity security, CyberArk/BeyondTrust/Deiinea, Oracle GRC, SAP GRC, fastpath, Pathlock
