Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision and strategy for key product areas
• Serve as a design lead on complex initiatives that span multiple teams or systems
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align business goals and user needs
• Influence and contribute to product strategy through design thinking, customer insights, and prototyping
• Deliver high-quality design solutions, from wireframes and user flows to polished UI’s
• Apply systems thinking to ensure scalable, cohesive experiences across products
• Leverage and contribute to our design system to maintain consistency and improve design velocity
• Use research and data to inform and validate design decisions
• Mentor mid-level and senior designers, providing feedback and helping them develop their craft
• Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement within the design team
• Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional alignment sessions
• Advocate for design excellence and customer experience across the organization
• Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices
