Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience designing for developer tools or platforms
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces for CoreWeave's web application
- Develop visual elements, including layout, typography, and color palettes, ensuring a cohesive and branded experience across all platforms
- Actively engage with users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate this input into your design work
- Facilitate user testing sessions and interpret results to make data-driven design improvements
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design vision is aligned with product goals and technical constraints
- Develop and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Validate designs through user testing and feedback to ensure solutions meet user needs and expectations
- Serve as an advocate for design excellence within CoreWeave, promoting the importance of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design and user feedback methodologies, continuously refining your approach and techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bonus: React)
