Staff Product Designer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience designing for developer tools or platforms
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces for CoreWeave's web application
• Develop visual elements, including layout, typography, and color palettes, ensuring a cohesive and branded experience across all platforms
• Actively engage with users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate this input into your design work
• Facilitate user testing sessions and interpret results to make data-driven design improvements
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design vision is aligned with product goals and technical constraints
• Develop and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Validate designs through user testing and feedback to ensure solutions meet user needs and expectations
• Serve as an advocate for design excellence within CoreWeave, promoting the importance of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design and user feedback methodologies, continuously refining your approach and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bonus: React)
