Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing polished, impactful user experiences for web or mobile SaaS products
  • Demonstrate mastery of design tools (Figma, Figjam, pencil-and-paper) and the ability to choose the right tool for the task
  • Be curious and proactive in addressing customer pain points, finding innovative solutions, and learning from failures to improve
  • Embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to create innovative solutions
  • Possess expert visual and interaction design skills that are reflected in your portfolio
  • Balance long-term vision with the ability to deliver iterative value through effective scoping and sequencing
  • Be a clear communicator who can explain the impact of your work, design rationale, and trade-offs
  • Excel in collaboration with top-tier communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—essential to successful design

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovative solutions across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and align on long-term vision and short-term goals
  • Define and drive the UX strategy for your product area, breaking down complex challenges into scalable, thoughtful solutions that align with business and customer needs
  • Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement through feedback and knowledge sharing
  • Champion customer-centric design thinking and advocate for exceptional UX throughout the product development lifecycle
