Summary
Join Affirm's Eligibility and Loyalty team as a Staff Product Manager and define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and manage budgets for consumer loyalty programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage program profitability, and oversee the creation of new loyalty constructs and delivery channels. Identify new user engagement methods and scale consumer programs. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and a results-oriented approach. You will launch new loyalty programs, own end-user outcomes, and navigate complex organizational dynamics. The ideal candidate possesses extensive product management experience, specifically within consumer technology, ideally fintech or BNPL.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience owning and delivering user experiences from concept to post-launch, demonstrating meaningful business impact you can discuss
- Experience working on consumer technology products
- Comfortable diving into technical details with engineers, iterating on designs with designers, and analyzing funnels with data analysts
- Possess the discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to navigate complex organizational dynamics. You should have specific examples of securing decisions from a broad group of senior stakeholders
- Experience working in an environment where you were reliant on engineering teams outside your direct purview, and effectively influenced them to prioritize and build what your product needed
- A results-oriented individual with a bias toward action, capable of effectively navigating obstacles and blockers
- Ability to transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan
- Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time
- Comfortable engaging in the commercial aspects of product development, including pitching, contributing to negotiations, and providing feedback on contracts
Responsibilities
- Launch new consumer loyalty programs while coordinating with other product teams shipping their own targeted offers and required go-to-market teams
- Own end-user outcomes and behaviors resulting from new program launches
- Manage the profitability and budgeting for the overall program within the organization
- Oversee the creation of new loyalty constructs and delivery channels
- Identify new ways to engage users and scale these consumer programs at Affirm

- Experience working on a fintech product
- Experience working on a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product
