Staff Product Manager

Requirements

• Strong experience leading the product development of relevant consumer digital products, in close collaboration with engineering and design team members
• Hands on mindset, entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen
• Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve the product
• Strong problem solving - be able to structure problems, prioritize and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments
• Capacity to identify and connect users needs and business needs, and develop effective ideas to meet them
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and intricate user flows and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive solutions and product, with attention to details
• Ability to discuss high-level product decisions as well as technical details effectively when necessary

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and execution for providing a great exploration experience for our Members and Subscribers, aiming at attracting and retaining subscribers
• Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance
• Build, communicate and discuss your product vision with internal stakeholders
• Drive product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps
• Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams to design and deliver well rounded, scalable and stunning products
• Create OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress
• Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobile product development. Web product experience
• Experience with Explore / Search experiences in consumer digital products, as well as experience with subscription-based consumer digital products
• Experience in agile development environments
