Remote Staff Product Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Staff Product Manager to lead the definition and development of our next-generation Infrastructure Graph platform service. This role will involve defining product vision and roadmap, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software solutions, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure or platform services
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, eventing subsystems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and data mesh architectures
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from concept to launch
• Demonstrated experience in gathering customer insights and translating them into successful product features
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Infrastructure Graph platform service in alignment with company objectives
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in infrastructure and event-driven systems
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a high-quality product that meets market demands
• Work closely with enterprise clients to understand their infrastructure challenges and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Lead the integration of eventing subsystems into the platform, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Oversee the adoption of data mesh patterns within the Infrastructure Graph to enhance data accessibility and governance
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform ongoing development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Knowledge of HashiCorp products and open-source communities
• Certification in product management or project management
