Summary

Join Squarespace as a Staff Product Manager and help drive the development of our next-generation monetization platform. As a key strategic leader, you will define and execute a roadmap that aligns multiple teams and ensures the development of a scalable, reliable, and compliant platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically with platform teams at scale
• Experience in order-to-cash platforms is a must, including commercial/financial literacy
• Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise of the subscription economy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align different teams around achieving business goals and outstanding user experiences

Responsibilities

• Create product briefs, user stories, and other collateral that will align our teams on what we need to build and the best way to get there
• Establish relationships with partners in Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure we have the right requirements, insights, and expectations considered with our work
• Develop processes to ensure we have a reliable, compliant, and scalable monetization platform that meets our needs and delights our customers
• Help shape processes and standards for Product Management at Squarespace, specifically in the Platform organization
