Summary
Join Ironclad as a Product Manager to scale Jurist, our first genAI assistant for lawyers, and lead the development of future AI assistants. You will shape the future of Ironclad's role-based assistants, balancing innovation with customer needs. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Success requires embracing ambiguity, high ownership, deep collaboration, and a focus on speed. You will be a leader within your team and the broader organization, driving revenue-generating innovation and understanding customer needs and pain points. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year experience in a technical domain
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape and the challenges faced by enterprise customers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a must
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and pain points
- Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps
- Prioritize features and functionality based on market research, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business goals
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to design, build, and maintain platform capabilities such as infrastructure, user experiences, integrations, APIs, and data pipelines
- Define usage specifications and drive adoption
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards including managing dependencies
- Develop and communicate the product feature roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and translate them into product opportunities
- Create compelling product presentations and partner with go-to-market teams to develop materials to drive adoption

- Deeply collaborative -- given this is a product separate from, but integrated into, our core CLM product and business, its critical that the lines of communication between teams and across E/P/D and the entire organization (GTM, leadership, and more) are strong and thoughtful
