Remote Staff Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Technical Competency: Solid foundational understanding of infrastructure design considerations and tradeoffs around security, performance, efficiency, reliability, ease-of-use. Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure is highly-desirable
• Relevant experience in technical product management: Past experience as a hands-on engineer or engineering manager is desirable
• Collaboration and leadership: Solid communication skills and collaboration skills. Proven experience to provide vision, inspiration, and guidance to a diverse set of cross-functional teams
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment. Comfortable working through ambiguity to bring order to chaos

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering on the formulation of platform roadmap
• Lead upcoming platform launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Management of platform feature lifecycle from inception to launch and beyond
• Understand and stay abreast of L1 platform trends and requirements
• Engage with the broader ecosystem community to steer platform adoption, foster partnership, and gather feedback
