Join SentinelOne's AI SIEM Product team as a Product Manager and drive the future of search across third-party cloud data stores. You will be responsible for developing and executing the federated search roadmap, gathering requirements, providing technical oversight, creating documentation, and driving data-driven decisions. Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- Expertise with building core platform technology for unstructured, structured, and semi-structured data processing and search - preferably in a cybersecurity SW company
- Familiarity with cloud services, batch/stream data processing, distributed search, data storage formats, high availability, scalability, and performance
- Familiarity with open source frameworks such as OCSF (Open Cyber Security Framework), OTel (Open Telemetry)
- Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and requirements
- Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams in different time zones
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, sales and product marketing
- Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
- Experience with evangelizing products with customers and other internal stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute federated search roadmap: Developing and owning the overall roadmap, including defining the priority of data lakes and aligning with the broader product goals
- Requirements Gathering: Working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to gather requirements for federated search, including understanding the needs of end-users. Develop comprehensive PRFAQs (Press Release Frequently Asked Questions) that outline the problem statement, customer value proposition, solution, and user experience, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
- Technical Oversight: Collaborating with engineering teams to define technical requirements for federated search, providing guidance on the architecture and design, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solution. You must have technical expertise, drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborate with engineering
- Documentation and Support: Creating documentation and resources for customers to understand the value of federated search providing support to customers and partners who are integrating with the product, and addressing search related issues or questions
- Drive data-driven decisions: Implementing monitoring and analytics tools to track usage and performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization or improvement, and iterating on features based on feedback and usage patterns
- Market Trends: Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends, particularly within emerging technologies, to ensure the AI SIEM remains at the forefront of innovation and relevance in the cybersecurity landscape
