Requirements

• 5-9 years in complex product management or equivalent experience
• Proven success in defining, launching, and managing enterprise and/or open-source software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for articulating product concepts to varied stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-informed product decisions
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
• Deep empathy for users with a commitment to user-centric design
• Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and UX researchers to balance priorities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for leading technology and launch teams

Responsibilities

• Grow the adoption of Acquia’s CMS products by planning a roadmap featuring innovative, competitive features that leverage Drupal and Acquia’s DXP portfolio
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop requirements, identify dependencies, and deliver value
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders through excellent communication
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends
• Monitor customer feedback and usage data for continuous improvement opportunities and feature development
• Develop value propositions and product positioning alongside marketing and strategy teams
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with customer and business needs
• Dive deep into challenging problems without being deterred by technical complexity
• Oversee well-coordinated product launches aligned with business goals
• Establish and track performance metrics to guide future product decisions
• Contribute to enhancing the quality of Acquia's product management community
