Staff Software Engineer

Summary

Enigma is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer for its API and Data Delivery Team. The role involves architecting, building, and managing critical systems to deliver large data sets and solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years of technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, highly-available, high-throughput, highly maintainable systems, deployed in cloud environments
• Solve problems with containers, cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code (we use Docker, AWS and Terraform)

Preferred Qualifications

• Has engineering management experience (ideally)
• Has an outstanding track record of leading engineering teams
• Has extensive experience engineering SaaS data products
