Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working directly as a software engineer
• Previous experience in a tech lead, staff, or other technical leadership role
• Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to resolve ambiguity into clear deliverables that are in line with organizational goals
• Experience mentoring engineers of all levels and setting a strong technical bar
• Experience working closely and communicating seamlessly with product, design, and other cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive the product and engineering direction of the patient funnel and related experiences
• Lead peers to build seamless, reliable product experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Production experience with React, Typescript, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Kafka
• Experience with A/B testing or other product experimentation
• Collaborative working style, with a bias to helping others in the team grow and giving/receiving feedback
• Previous start-up experience
