Staff Software Engineer - Infrastructure in Worldwide

Summary

The Staff Software Engineer focusing on Infrastructure will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions for the organization's software systems. They must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years of infrastructure development or cloud computing experience. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, security best practices, and containerization technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or related equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience working directly as a software engineer, with a focus on infrastructure development or cloud computing
• Experience designing and implementing scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions
• Experience working with distributed systems architecture and principles
• Prior experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure solutions to support the organization's software systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
