Staff Technical Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Staff Technical Program Manager in the Platform group at Invisible, a fast-growing tech company that provides solutions to complex business problems. The role involves leading technical programs, working with stakeholders, managing project schedules, and communicating effectively with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in technical program management

Responsibilities

• Provide software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes
• Work closely with Software Engineers, Analytics, Product Managers and other Platform teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time)
• Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
• Navigate project teams through ambiguous/changing priorities and objectives while communicating progress, risks, and plans to leadership on a regular basis
• Advise the product line for the lifecycle of the product. Ensure operations technical readiness for all phases of the introduction cycle
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high quality standard, and a high velocity in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a developer, or in a different technical IC role
• People management experience

• Compensation: Base: $195,000, Base + Bonus Target: $195,000 + $65,000
