Summary

Join Invisible, the operations innovation company transforming how companies are built and run, as a Staff Technical Program Manager in the Platform group. You will lead complex, cross-technology programs using your experience working with engineering and product management, and leverage your deep technical expertise to lead technical initiatives as the company grows at speed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management

Responsibilities

  • Provide software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes
  • Work closely with Software Engineers, Analytics, Product Managers and other Platform teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time)
  • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables
  • Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
  • Navigate project teams through ambiguous/changing priorities and objectives while communicating progress, risks, and plans to leadership on a regular basis
  • Advise the product line for the lifecycle of the product. Ensure operations technical readiness for all phases of the introduction cycle
  • Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high quality standard, and a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead several technical programs for the Invisible Business, setting priorities with leadership for product and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics inform future efforts, and quickly fine tuning the program as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a developer, or in a different technical IC role
  • People management experience

  • Base + Bonus Target: $195,000 + $65,000
