Summary
Join N-Power Medicine as a Staff Technical Program Manager and contribute to transforming clinical trials. Reporting to the Senior Director, Program Management, you will drive successful software product delivery. This remote or hybrid role (Bay Area preferred) requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing program milestones, and ensuring timely releases. You will establish decision-making frameworks, lead change initiatives, develop comprehensive business requirements, and manage complex program rollouts. Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelorโs degree; or 6 years and a Masterโs degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years managing enterprise-wide software programs
- Strategic implementation of project management and collaboration tools across organizations including Atlassian suite
- Deep expertise in healthcare data integration across multiple standards and systems, including HL7v2 or FHIR
- Authority in Agile methodologies and clinical software development best practices
- Demonstrates senior-level relationship building and influence
- Advanced analytical capabilities for risk analysis and mitigation
- Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Established track record of successful stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation abilities

Responsibilities
- Establish decision-making frameworks and prioritization systems for multiple workstreams
- Lead change initiatives across multiple teams, develop change management strategies, and assess business impact of proposed changes
- Create frameworks for measuring change effectiveness
- Develop comprehensive business requirements and create product and platform roadmaps across multiple workstreams while balancing business needs with technical feasibility
- Manage complex program rollouts, create scalable implementation frameworks, and lead expansion initiatives across teams
- Provide comprehensive, strategic updates on complex, cross-functional programs, focusing on program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and alignment with long-term business goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans with minimal oversight and negotiate resource allocation with team managers by building consensus among diverse stakeholders groups
- Make staffing decisions within assigned project scope and manage timeline dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Design documentation templates and reporting frameworks and create comprehensive program status reports for leadership
- Develops program-level budget forecasts and tracking models
- Create comprehensive reporting dashboards and synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Establish program effectiveness framework and metrics and present findings to senior management
- Establish program documentation standards and best practices
- Lead system availability improvement initiatives and design disaster recovery strategies
- Own and influence technical strategy for complex and large-scale programs
- Lead technical program discussions across teams and resolve cross-team technical conflicts by establishing collaboration frameworks
- Develop communication strategies, lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, and manage complex technical communication
- Establish trust across departments and resolve sensitive cross-team issues by building strong stakeholder relationships
- Develop risk management strategies, lead issue resolution across teams, and manage complex dependencies
- Drive methodology improvements, lead Agile transformation initiatives & ceremonies and develop SDLC documentation
- Design process improvement frameworks and lead cross-team optimization efforts
- Design system validation strategies, lead feedback sessions, and develop iteration frameworks
- Mentor individual technical program managers and share best practices and lessons learned
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep experience in developing enterprise-wide clinical software solutions
- Experience implementing organizational change
- Strong background in clinical software solutions and interoperability

- Expected salary range: $145,000 - $210,000
