Summary

Requirements

  • 7+ years of in-house design experience
  • Portfolio that demonstrates industry mastery (healthcare experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strategic thinking skills and experience leading early-stage exploration projects with high-value potential
  • Proven track record of managing and reconciling conflicting stakeholder feedback, resulting in cohesive and innovative design solutions
  • Experience working with design systems, contributing to and maintaining high-quality, scalable design standards

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in introducing consumer-level experiences into the enterprise healthcare space
  • Lead the exploration and solutioning of undefined problem areas, driving innovation to tackle complex user and business challenges
  • Own and lead large-scale design projects, utilizing rapid prototyping and fast learning cycles to deliver impactful, scalable solutions
  • Bring differentiated expertise to elevate the overall design quality and introduce breakthrough experiences, pushing the team toward new levels of excellence
  • Establish yourself as a design leader by demonstrating mastery, strategic thinking, and confidence in making intelligent design decisions
  • Champion design excellence and innovation throughout the organization, influencing cross-functional teams and setting the standard for high-impact solutions
