Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and UX designers to understand project requirements and objectives
• Lead and actively participate in design brainstorming sessions and critiques
• Create designs for marketing websites
• Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and design systems
• Prepare and document designs, and work with developers to translate designs into code
• Ensure designs meet the Mozilla standard for accessibility
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting project timelines and deadlines
• Contribute to the development of design and component systems, ensuring scalability and reusability
