Summary

Join Faria Education Group as a full-time Data Service Specialist to support customer data service projects and manage large-scale Curriculum Migration projects. You will project manage client services projects, liaise with internal teams, troubleshoot client situations, and work collaboratively to achieve company goals. Responsibilities include managing deadlines, providing accurate quotes, and contributing to Faria's mission. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Experience in education or SaaS is preferred. Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent; or four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Project Manage and participate in client services projects including data integrations and SaaS customizations within Faria Education products
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Support, Deployment, Implementation, and Sales) to improve the entire customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve unique client situations through tailored and creative solutions
  • Work closely in a team environment to achieve individual, team, and company goals
  • Manage and re-prioritize deadlines to accommodate client needs and expectations
  • Provide timely and accurate curriculum migration quotes for sales
  • Work across teams to contribute to the overall mission of Faria Education Group to contribute to innovation of our products, and further our relationships with our client schools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Educational settings
  • Experience within the SaaS industry
  • Advanced Excel skills
