Requirements

• Candidates must have a PhD or master’s degree in statistics, machine learning or a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience working with Python
• Knowledge of classical and contemporary approaches to analysis of time series data (e.g. bayesian analysis, HMMs, transformers)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Be a team player but with the ability to operate autonomously and take independent decisions

Responsibilities

Work across a wide variety of projects and with a diverse toolset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recent large language models (e.g. GPT4, LLAMA2, Falcon)
• Knowledge of classical NLP approaches (e.g. TF-IDF, POS-tagging, Word2Vec)
• Experience with graph neural networks (e.g. MPNNs, GCNs, GATs)
• Experience with cloud architecture (e.g. AWS, GCP)
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
