Stock Administrator

Summary

Join Unity as a Stock Administrator and contribute to the accurate and compliant management of all equity-related transactions. Working closely with a small team, you will maintain database integrity, process equity awards, manage trade clearances, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries. This highly visible role requires strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Prior experience in a similar role within a public company is preferred but not required. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered for this position.

Requirements

• Familiar with all equity vehicles (Options, RSUs, ESPP, etc.)
• Familiar with ESPP, Sect 16 filings, and 10B5-1 Plan
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function well in a very collaborative ecosystem
• Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges

Responsibilities

• Maintain Equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of record-keeping
• Process new equity awards and distribution of online grant agreements
• Manage Trade Clearances with legal team partnership
• Act as Equity point of contact for global employee questions and concerns
• Work with Payroll Team to provide timely and accurate reporting around Equity Events
• Perform other ad hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Stock Plan Admin or similar position in a public company setting
• CEP designation
• Familiar with Schwab’s EquiView equity tracking platform
• Excel skills

Gross pay salary $91,000 — $136,400 USD
