Join Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) as a Strategic Account Analyst and contribute to high-quality service levels for key accounts. This crucial support role for Strategic Account Managers involves identifying service trends, recommending improvements, and tracking key account metrics. You will coordinate client inquiries, prepare KPI reports, monitor dashboards, and support the development of Corrective Action Plans. - Bachelorβs Degree preferred in either Finance, business management, project management, account management, etc. Will consider candidates with a depth of related work experience as a substitute for the bachelor's degree
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with an emphasis on Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Identify client service trends and/or areas for enhancement, recommend process improvements, and provide those recommendations to the Strategic Account Manager
- Track key account metrics and report on spend in budget categories, identifying, addressing and escalating any anomalies
- Coordinate response to client inquiries or issues as required, with a focus on delivering excellent service
- Support the preparation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for clients to assist with meeting client needs
- Assist the Strategic Account Manager monitoring the SAM client dashboard, including Health Scores at account and site level, that do not meet KPI targets
- Support the Strategic Account Manager in the development and monitoring of Corrective Action Plans
- Monitor and audit to ensure the contracted scope of work is being performed. If inconsistencies are found, the Analyst will escalate to management/executive level
- Liaise among clients, Strategic Account Managers, Business Analyst, and internal teams to ensure delivery of our solutions according to contractual requirements
- Assists the Strategic Account Manager working with the Operations team to monitor systems to include Quality Audits, Contract Project Work and Billable Project Work, and Timekeeping
- Travel to client locations to attend meetings as needed
- Validate Customer Experience reporting that tracks the scheduling, completion, and quality of work performed at client locations
- Support the SAM team with client QBRs and regular meetings
