You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and developing tailored plans to closing high-value deals and building long-term client relationships. Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or e-commerce sales with a focus on new business acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals with enterprise clients
- Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, shopping feeds, price intelligence and advertising platforms
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex solutions and build trust with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt your approach to engage C-level executives and technical teams alike
- German native is mandatory
- Thrive to exceed sales targets and take ownership of challenges
- Ability to experiment with new approaches and innovate sales methods to achieve results
- Data-Driven to identify trends and make data-backed decisions

Responsibilities
- Identify and target high-potential accounts and merchants based in France
- Develop tailored prospecting plans informed by market trends and customer requirements
- Team up with Marketing, the Business Development Team, Partner team, Product and the management team to guarantee for new customers to choose Lengow
- Lead end-to-end sales processes: from discovery calls to product demos, negotiations, and contract signings
- Showcase Lengowโs platform and its product offerings as a strategic solution to customersโ e-commerce challenges, addressing pain points, and delivering measurable ROI
- Exceed individual sales KPIs, including lead-to-deal conversion rates and revenue targets
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, positioning Lengow as their preferred e-commerce partner
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio to drive recurring revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in HubSpot
- Analyse monthly performance reports, highlighting progress, key wins, and areas for improvement
- Provide insights to the leadership team to refine sales strategies and market approaches
