Requirements

  • 5+ years Account Management in background screening industry
  • College degree desirable or equivalent experience
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exercises a wide range of decision-making control
  • Very skillful in formulating solutions for difficult decisions
  • Ability to organize tasks, multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develops corporate contacts with assigned clients and cultivates relationships at all levels that enhance Accurate Background’s position
  • Prepares business reviews and multiple year account plans for each account based on short, mid and long-range plans to grow the partnership with the assigned client base
  • Provides statistical usage reports for regular client meetings
  • Profiles clients, analyzes client usage, prepares proposals and works through negotiation of additional products and services to achieve client satisfaction and increased revenue targets
  • Works with internal and external resources to provide solutions, i.e. ATS providers on implementation of new services and/or integrations
  • Possesses an in depth understanding of their clients' markets and their industries
  • Identifies risk and presents solutions to key stakeholders to mitigate churn
  • Travel required 15-20%
  • Performs related duties as required or assigned
