Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience as a strategic account manager or in a similar role
  • Proven work experience in managing key accounts, ranging from $100k- $1M ARR
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments
  • Strong listening and selling skills, with a passion for discussing strategic terms
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple decision-makers and customer account plans simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with multiple client decision-makers (multi-threaded in accounts)
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of Boulevardโ€™s products and growth opportunities, as well as our customers' business goals and challenges to effectively upsell to existing strategic accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic, commercial, and renewal term discussions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue expansion targets and maximize client lifetime value
  • Negotiate contract renewals with price increases, added expansion products, and extended year terms to improve NRR (Net Recurring Revenue)
  • Develop comprehensive account plans outlining growth opportunities, action plans, and milestones
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, and R&D teams to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives
  • Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals

  • Your starting base pay for this role is between $140,000 - $200,000 OTC, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement
