Summary

Join Natera's Organ Health sales team as a Strategic Account Manager, focusing on the Northeast area. You will educate and recruit key accounts within large nephrology organizations to utilize Natera's RENASIGHT tests. This role requires expertise in Natera's technology and strong sales management skills to develop and implement strategic business plans. You will collaborate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities and build positive relationships with clients. The position involves regular handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) and requires completion of HIPAA/PHI training. Natera offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, uncapped commissions, car allowance, and RSUs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 Years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business (preferably in a genetics laboratory)
  • Minimum of 3 years successful sales management/consulting experience preferably in diagnostic laboratory business
  • Proven track record of success in developing new markets, launching new products and increasing revenue quickly
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent Coach, and is coachable
  • Team Oriented
  • Excellent initiative and self-motivation
  • The ability to effectively maneuver through complex situations, internal and external
  • Proven leader, with the ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
  • Must act with a sense of urgency, with a focus on driving exceptional revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and large Nephrology organizations to offer Natera’s RENASIGHT Tests
  • Become an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and be able to represent the company and its business interests at the highest levels: with KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors and Senior Management of larger organizations
  • Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations and available resources, coordinating regional strategies and tactics with Regional Directors
  • Effectively work with Natera Organ Health sales team in order to help maximize potential business opportunities and partnerships
  • Implement strategy based on field input, market assessments and trends in order to develop a plan which is consistently implementing "Best Practices"
  • Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external)
  • Complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire
  • Maintain a current status on Natera training requirements
