Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations through building strong client relationships
  • An existing network of contacts within the games industry would be hugely beneficial
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to forecast opportunities and be self-motivated
  • An organised individual with a passion for gaming and experience of CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing long term relationships with our clients within Asia
  • Owning the proposal generation process and deliver quotes in partnership with the delivery teams
  • Working with delivery teams to identify potential areas for growth
  • Leveraging existing relationships to open up future opportunities
  • Developing an account management strategy in partnership with other key stakeholders in the business
  • Attending client meetings, presentations, trade shows, etc
  • Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and solve problems
  • Create cost models, develop operating plans, and maintain project profitability
  • Identify client deliverables, brand needs, and success measures
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, reporting, and summaries
