You will be responsible for establishing Spring Health as the leading mental health solution within your territory. This role involves driving advocacy for Spring Health among consultants, supporting sales initiatives, representing the company at events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Success in this role will be measured by pipeline growth, revenue goals, and the development of a strong advocacy network. Responsibilities

  • Build Consultant Relationships: Establish Spring Health as the go-to mental health solution by building strong, trust-based relationships with benefits consultants
  • Drive Advocacy: Encourage consultants to champion Spring Health, supporting our pipeline and bookings goals
  • Support Sales in Territory: Partner with sales, channel partnerships, and other teams to drive pipeline and bookings, engaging consultants and coordinating resources to meet East and West territory goals
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Work with Product Marketing to create targeted sales tools and educational materials for consultants
  • Represent at Events: Attend conferences and consultant events to build brand presence and expand influence
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Act as a liaison with sales, product, and customer success, bringing consultant insights to inform strategy
  • Leverage Market Insights: Provide competitive intel and market insights to help align strategies with consultant needs
  • Meet Sales Goals: Collaborate with internal and external partners to hit annual revenue targets
  • Grow Pipeline: Add new opportunities from consultant-drive leads
  • Meet Revenue Goals: Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets by leveraging consultant relationships
  • Build Advocacy Network: Develop a network of consultants who recommend Spring Health to clients
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to foster shared success
