As a Client Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide innovative solutions. You will manage communications, analyze data to improve service access, and meet deliverables according to timelines. Requirements

  • Previous experience in client management at a strategic level including large public sector clients
  • Willingness to travel
  • Understanding or willingness to understand technology and environmental benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence within client organisations
  • Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the client and their operational needs and challenges
  • Ability to upsell and cross sell services
  • Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions and customer service
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organised team player
  • Self-motivated and self- directed
  • Strong strategic verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Previous experience in client management at a strategic level

Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid, trusting and mutually beneficial relationship between the client and Sign Solutions
  • Daily interactions with public and private sector clients
  • Develop a complete understanding of the client’s needs and provide solutions
  • Respond in a timely manner and provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage communications between the client and internal teams
  • Analyse client data to improve access to services for the client and drive increased accessibility and inclusion
  • Meet client specific and organisational specific deliverables/targets according to proposed timelines
  • Implementation, nurturing and renewal of contracts
  • Converting non-contracted client to contracted
  • Growth of client accounts and service lines consumed
  • Conversion of clients to contribute towards ESG and Net zero targets
  • Deliver extensive knowledge of all service lines
  • Drive and lead commercial negotiations
  • Advanced and accurate reporting for the executive team and board
  • Informative MI for clients
  • Implementation and re-implementation to support contracted clients awareness
  • Drive value added conversations
  • Supporting with tender submission
  • Confidentially create client case studies
  • Present client demonstrations
  • Visit clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of Power BI (preferrable) and dynamic client reporting
  • Team player
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and competitive market environment

  • Working Pattern Monday - Friday full time 37.5 hours p/week
