As a Strategic Clinical Advisor, you will be responsible for the strategic design and delivery of best-in-class clinical programs and initiatives for prospective and existing health plan partnerships.

Requirements

  • Active independent license (ex. LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, etc)
  • Significant experience with employee benefit programs/benefits consulting and expertise of health plans
  • Experience (7 + years) in organizational-level mental health and wellness interventions/programs
  • Proven track record of building and delivering strategic programs, and evolving those programs over time with minimal direction
  • Deep subject matter expertise in Mental Health, EAP programs, and other relevant healthcare regulations/requirements
  • Experience with sales process
  • Excitement about working in a rapidly changing organization

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a personal book of business focused on the growing Spring Healthโ€™s health plan business, serving as a clinical strategy lead and behavioral health subject matter expert for the Customer Success and Partnerships team
  • Serve as a direct liaison to health plan clinical and product leadership
  • Spearhead ad-hoc clinical program design work based on customer demand and market needs
  • Fiercely advocate for and amplify the voice of Springโ€™s customers and members
  • Represent Spring in customer-facing events such as business review meetings, seminars, conferences, trainings, webinars, and media appearances
