Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through various channels
• Ensure client issues are resolved promptly and effectively
• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions to users
• Ensure clients are fully equipped to leverage the platform to its fullest potential
• Assist Senior Account Directors in executing strategic plans for client renewals and upsells
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive account growth and retention
• Field and address questions from users within client accounts, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
• Drive overall customer satisfaction by expanding engagement beyond immediate users and fostering deeper relationships across the organization
