Strategic Events & Engagement Manager

Summary

Join Mach49 as a Strategic Events & Engagement Manager in Saudi Arabia and lead senior-level gatherings that elevate our influence in the Kingdom's innovation ecosystem. You will design and execute high-impact events, cultivate strong relationships with government leaders and corporate executives, and ensure cultural fluency in all engagements. This role requires a strong network across sectors and experience delivering polished, high-level experiences for government and corporate audiences. You will report to the Managing Partner – GCC and work in a hybrid work model with remote work setup provided. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in executive events, stakeholder engagement, or partnership development in Saudi Arabia
• Track record of delivering polished, high-level experiences for government and corporate audiences
• Strong network across sectors including government, enterprise, and innovation
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with precision and grace under pressure
• Non-Saudi candidates must hold a valid Iqama

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of executive-level salons, roundtables, briefings, and other high-impact strategic events
• Own all event operations, including venue selection, guest experience, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics
• Track emerging policy, innovation, and business trends to inform engagement themes and opportunities
• Identify and prioritize key local and regional events for participation or co-hosting
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government entities, corporate executives, ecosystem enablers, and local institutions
• Ensure cultural fluency in all engagements, from tone to etiquette to guest experience
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote events and amplify visibility
• Monitor feedback and impact metrics to continuously refine and elevate engagement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
