Requirements
- 3β6 years of experience in banking, consulting, corporate finance, or strategic finance at a tech company
- Expert-level Excel/Sheets modeling skills
- Clarity and polish in writing and presentations
- Experience with planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Comfortable working independently and driving outcomes without needing to be asked twice
- Delivering actionable, clear analysis to the leadership team within 2 days of month-end
- Building a 2025 financial plan draft within two weeks of receiving top-down goals
- Partnering with business owners to reforecast budgets and make adjustments within 72 hours
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting cycles with guidance from the Head of FP&A
- Own budget-vs-actuals updates, identifying variances, and surfacing insights for decision-makers
- Create financial materials for TRMβs board, executive reviews, and all-hands meetings
- Support top-down and bottoms-up financial planning for 2025 and beyond
- Build models and templates to inform planning, hiring, and investment decisions
- Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects (e.g. scenario planning, pricing, vendor optimization)
- Assist in investor reporting and fundraising support, with opportunities to grow into ownership
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred; MBA a plus
Benefits
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000
- Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRMβs equity plan
