Strategic Finance Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development or management consulting
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required; experience with SQL is also a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models that support strategic decision-making for GTM, R&D, and other business teams
• Develop and refine long-term forecasting models to support company-wide strategic planning and resource allocation
• Drive the benchmarking of our financial profile against public company peers to ensure we are optimizing our investments as we approach IPO
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform key business decisions
• Work closely with all of Finance, GTM, R&D, and other business teams to guide and influence strategic choices and operational strategies
• Develop high-quality financial reports and dashboards for executives, summarizing key business drivers into essential metrics that highlight the company’s financial performance
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and models, ensuring scalability and efficiency in strategic planning
